The burrito chain Chipotle is celebrating Halloween by giving out free burritos on October 31, 2009. The offer is available from 6:00 p.m. local time until closing.To receive the free food item however, you must show up wearing a Halloween costume of a burrito or something relevant to Chipotle, like tacos, bowls or salads.
