In a less-than-shocking announcement today, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week. The honor was his second of the 2009 season and 14th of his nine-year career. The selection came after Brady's record-setting play in the 59-0 win over the Tennessee Titans last Sunday in the snow at Gillette Stadium. Brady set or tied numerous personal, team and league records in the stunning victory.
